HOW TO ORDER

You have to inform us about the code id of the products you want with the wanted
qty/sizes/colours/ specific preferences.You can simply do it by email or visit or workplace & gallery.

After validating your order, we will inform you about the estimate shipping costs
and possibilities, the production schedules and terms of payment.
- Depending on your order we will ask between 50% and 80% deposit to start the production.
- We need 3 - 5 weeks to produce. When the production will be finished we will prepare the
packaging and send it to our cargo .After the quotation of our cargo we will ask you for the
second payment: the shipping costs + the balance payment.
- Less than 45 Kgs :By Door to Door service: Fedex/UPS/DHL/…; time:3-6 days
- Between 45 and 200Kgs-500Kgs:By Door toAirport: Air Cargo.; time : 5 days
- More than 200-500 Kgs :By Door to Port: Sea Cargo - LCL.;time : 1-2 month
- Containers : 20 feet or 40 feet: by Sea.; time : 1 month
- Shipment and transfer of all the documents (Tracking Number, Air Way Bill, …).
